We Are All In This Together

The world is not “Us vs. Them”.

We are all in this together.

We are given opportunities over and over to change our thinking. To change our attitude.

When we think or behave negatively about or towards another person, we are energetically hurting ourselves. Our negative thoughts, beliefs, words, etc — all of it is absorbed by our bodies.

Whenever we engage in a negative thought, the thought is like energy flowing out of us. When it is picked up by someone else, they can sense it without consciously knowing where the feeling or energy came from or why they suddenly “feel” that something is out of place.

The negative energy impact is felt more by children, empaths, highly sensitive people, and others who have weakened energetic boundaries. If you verbalize the negative thought and include emotion, the impact on those around you is felt even more strongly.

This is why you must monitor what you’re thinking and remain present to what you give your attention to in your mind. You can’t necessarily control the thoughts that show up, but you do have control over the thoughts you engage with.
